19:45 - 20:00 – the doors open to Grand Opera Hall 

20:00 - 02:00 – The grand GALA evening program:
 

• Awards Ceremony celebrating BNI achievements 

• Magical performance of cellos by Voiceless 

• Celebration of BNI Baltics social accountability followed by our NGO member “Youth Can” charity auction 

• BNI’s 10-year anniversary cake 

• After-party with DJ Jovanni to keep the celebration going late into the night. 

The Elegance of Seating  

We kindly request that all Gala guests take their assigned seats at designated tables. Personalized seating arrangements have been made, and a seating plan will be prominently displayed at the entrance for your convenience. Our friendly staff will be readily available to assist you in locating your reserved place, ensuring a seamless and elegant experience. 

Sip, Savor, and Enjoy 

Your GALA evening promises a delightful three-course meal tailored to your dietary preferences chosen during ticket purchase, complemented by two welcome drinks. However, please note that while we strive to accommodate dietary needs, we regret that we cannot address individual allergen-related concerns. If you have severe allergies or other restrictions, we kindly ask you to take precautions and consult the staff on the night. Should you wish to keep the drinks flowing, additional beverages will be available for purchase at the venue bar, with card payments only — so don’t forget your bank card to ensure a seamless evening.
